Staff memo
A high-end linear switch made by ZealPC.
The stem is made of UHMWPE, a smooth, self-lubricating material.
ZealPC claims that this UHMWPE material is extremely difficult to process, especially the stem of pure UHMWPE material.
The housing is made of transparent polycarbonate (PC), which has excellent impact resistance, and nylon, which has excellent wear resistance and abrasion resistance.
A long spring that has been gold-plated is used for the spring, and it has the characteristic that the initial movement is heavy and the change in force is small.
In addition, the part where the stem and housing touch is polished, making it a high-class switch that has been carefully selected to the smallest detail.
Adopting the latest Gateron CAP series design, it improves the stability of the stem and at the same time, the structure is such that the lubricating oil of the switch does not collect on the bottom pole.
