Is there a tax for shipping outside Japan?

On the product page, the price including Japanese consumption tax is displayed. For shipments outside Japan, the price excluding consumption tax will be charged at check-out.
Customs duties and other taxes may apply in the receiving country.

There was a problem with the item I ordered

If you find any problems with the delivered product, such as the contents of the keyboard kit, please contact us using the inquiry form within one week of delivery.

There was a problem with the product purchased from Group Buy

Due to the nature of GroupBuy products, we will only respond within one week from the date of arrival.
We will not be able to respond to inquiries after one week, so please check the contents immediately after arrival.

Different number / different types of ordered items

I want to know the resale schedule of the consignment keyboard

Yusha Kobo cannot answer the resale schedule for products with "[Consignment]" in the product name. If you would like to be notified when the item is back in stock, please register by clicking the "Receive notification of arrival" button, just like regular items.

Is it possible to issue a receipt?

You can check the receipt in the email you receive when payment is completed after ordering, or from the order details screen.

I want to receive the products purchased on the mail order site at the store

When ordering, if you check "Receive at store" from the delivery method selection screen, we will arrange for you to receive at the store.
You can only pick it up at the Yusha Kobo storefront. In detail

I ordered by picking up at the store, but I still want it delivered

We cannot accept changes in the shipping method after your order has been placed. If you would like to change the receiving method, please contact us from the inquiry form .

How much is the shipping cost?

Can I combine shipping costs for multiple items?

If you order multiple items at once, the shipping fee will be calculated for that payment.
If the payment is divided and there are multiple orders, the shipping fee will be charged for each order.

I want you to send separate orders together

If you have two or more orders due to separate payments, we will not be able to ship each order together.
Each will be delivered separately.

I want to cancel an order on a mail order site

As a general rule, we do not accept cancellations due to customer's convenience.
If you purchase a product that is different from your desired product due to a system malfunction, etc., we will cancel or refund the product. Sorry to trouble you, but please contact us from the inquiry form .

I made a mistake in my order and want to change it
